"Keep Moving" ist das fünfte Studioalbum von Madness und wurde ursprünglich im Februar 1984 über das Label Stiff veröffentlicht. Es war das letzte Album der Band mit dem originalen Line-Up, bevor Keyboarder Mike Barson die Gruppe bis zur Reunion 1999 verlassen hatte. Das Album erreichte Platz 6 in den UK Album Charts und enthält die Hits "Victoria Gardens", "Michael Caine" und "One Better Day". Das Album erscheint mit exklusiven Liner Notes, die detaillierte Interviews mit den Bandmitgliedern über die Schaffensphase des Albums enthalten.
